The service there was great however they gave me a referral to a dentist oral surgeon in Chattanooga and I live in Sweetwater and come to find out they don't take my insurance at the oral surgeon's office. And I have a severe toothache they gave me antibiotics to take in their working however now I've got to figure out and call my insurance again and find out where I can get this tooth done for root canal other than that the service was awesome.

The docs and nurses were very nice and patient with me. They just need more help in the office and more dentists. I had some teeth pulled and the Doctor was very good at pulling them and giving the shots to numb .. they were very detailed in the after care. Only thing was, that my denture didn't fit and I had to leave toothless, but , oh well, it happens.

I must say that when I went in to have my tooth filled, I was reserved because I had anxiety, but once the process started I started relaxing because it was nothing like I thought it was going to be, the dentist, (I don't remember his name) was very quick and though. I just couldn't believe it. I wished I had started going here when they first started. Very pleased ?
