As a first time homebuyer, this is the first inspection I had ever been through. Trent was very thorough and answered our questions about everything. His report was very detailed with the findings and observations. I definitely learned a lot from this experience. I have also learned of things to look for before I even pay for an inspection. Based on their findings, that house would’ve been more trouble to me than I could afford. It definitely helped me in the long run. I will be using their services again if need be.
They performed the pre-purchase inspection on a home we may buy. They uncovered some items that require remediation, potentially saving us thousands of dollars and averting a future catastrophe. They explained the method they used and the nature and seriousness of each item. All I can say is WELL DONE!
We are purchasing a home in the Chattanooga area, and are closing on a house in the next few weeks. We had Sierra Grey come and do our home inspection for us, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She has great attention to detail and is very thorough. She met with our realtor and my husband and FaceTimed me since so could not be there in person (we are moving from out of town). She was very patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. She took pictures and added them to our report so she could show us exactly what she was referring to. She was even prepared with the termite letter to send off the for our VA loan. We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Sierra!
