I had a terrible experience with this alterations and cleaners business. They took my order and said it would be ready in 10 days. When I went to pick it up, nothing was ready because they claimed they tried to call me to discuss the cost, which they said was very expensive, and to ask if I wanted to proceed. However, they never called me. I wasted 10 days because they never did anything to my shorts. Their poor communication and unprofessionalism are unacceptable. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

Do not go here . I took a shirt I've only worn one time. Went to get it. Said they could not find it. The man I gave it to, could not remember me or anything! How convenient. What a fraudulent place. They could not give me any reason for not finding my shirt! They are a bunch of thieves!

It pains me to write about how bad this place has gotten because Gina is the only reason I come here. I normally spend $50-$70 bi-weekly, and you can always bet one or two items will come back with a missing/broken button or Stevie Wonder ironed it.
