Good product, poor customer service. I inquired about working on my car along side someone from their team to guide me if there were pain points that came up. They first said they’d love to help and asked for a follow up phone call later that week. After that initial message I never heard a peep back. I called, emailed, did everything I could short of showing up at their office. Very disappointed in the customer service. If you weren’t interested you should have said that. Do what you say you’ll do. Basics of running a business. Also bought the Ji-guarantee. But seeing as they won’t respond to me I guess that was a wasted 35 dollars as well. Not impressed whatsoever with customer service.“
