We called Norman after we purchased our new house. His crew led by Eric were simply phenomenal. They removed an old outdated hot tub and replaced it with a shower. We had one hitch, no water pressure out of the shower. Mike arrived after I had contacted Norman. Simply put, Mike stayed until it was right. We're now in shower heaven. I was MOST pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness to my remodel completion of an upstairs primary bathroom.

Mike did a great job! He tried very hard to repair the very, very old faucet, because we are replacing everything soon. However, it was just too far gone. He did a quick install of the inexpensive faucet I bought.
