We called Norman after we purchased our new house. His crew led by Eric were simply phenomenal. They removed an old outdated hot tub and replaced it with a shower. We had one hitch, no water pressure out of the shower. Mike arrived after I had contacted Norman. Simply put, Mike stayed until it was right. We're now in shower heaven. I was MOST pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness to my remodel completion of an upstairs primary bathroom. I would define use these guys again.
My furnace stopped working and during this cold spell I expected a long wait. Did I mention it was 2 days before Thanksgiving? I called Ken at Best Plumbing and heating and he was very helpful and said he would get it taken care of very soon. He came the next day on Thanksgiving Eve and replaced the furnace. We had heat within 26 hours from initial phone call. They were fantastic and actually care for the customer.
