American Recovery rescued me today. I waited all day for another company who I called at 2:00pm (my estimated pickup time), just for them to let me know it would be another hour and a half maybe more. John arrived within 30 min, and everything went very smooth! Their communication is excellent and prices competitive with other towing. Thank you!!
THIS YOUNG MAN NAME JUSTIN TRULY A REFRESHING DELIGHT TO MEET ,VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY POLITE , AND HE COULD HANDLE THAT TOWING TRUCK. HE WAS IN A VERY TIGHT SITUATION, HE HANDLE IT LIKE A PIECE OF CAKE, AND A THANK YOU TO THE OPERATER , THANK YOU SOOOOOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS.
Kelsey and Nolan were so helpful and really nice!! I was in a huge panic today about my car having a flat, and the jack fell so my car was on the ground. I wanted to cry and Kelsey kept me calm and was very fast getting the truck out to me. Nolan was very helpful in getting my donut tire on the car and was super nice. 10/10 experience. Started out as needing a tow, ended up in a tire change. Thank you guys so much!
