UPDATE: I reached out to Allied and they returned my call. An HR representative listened to everything and seemed genuine. Said she’d address it with the Chattanooga office so the employee could be further trained in customer service and then apologized for the way I was treated.

Security chewed me out for stopping in the no parking zone to let my 83 year old mother out and help her step up onto the sidewalk .My car was running and I had no intention of staying there. I was headed to park when the old white man honked his horn at me and started in. It wasn’t so much him correcting me as it was his hateful tone from the moment he approached me.

Useless at Walmart. Drive around just looking.
I feel no better experience with them here.
Kids noisy base cars driving around with no shopping. Adding to unpleasant experience.

Sitting here at the ER with my fiancé who is very sick and in a lot of pain while one of the allied universal security guards just walks in smelling like smoke and turns on live tv on max volume on his phone while eating chips very loudly. It’s honestly ridiculous who is paying for these guys!
