Austin exceeded my expectations! He arrived right on schedule and did a fantastic job cleaning my unit from top to bottom. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciated the attention to detail he showed. To top it off, he left the place spotless, cleaning up after himself. Last year, when our old AC unit—23 years old finally gave out, Mr. Austin came out and spent hours trying to bring it back to life. He worked tirelessly, even though it was nearly impossible to find parts for such an outdated unit. In the end, it couldn't be repaired, so we made it through the summer with window units.
Now fast forward to the beginning of this summer. One day, there was a knock at our front door it was Mr. Austin. He said he had recently worked on a unit similar to ours and thought he might be able to get ours going again. He spent hours working on it and came back to let us know it was running again, although he warned that with the extreme heat, it might not hold up. We were just grateful and told him we’d use it as long as we could, with our window units as backup.
Then, in mid-June, he showed up at our door again. This time, he said someone had given him a used AC unit, and he immediately thought of us. He offered to install it completely free of charge because he didn’t want our family to suffer in the heat. When I say this man was heaven sent I truly mean it.
He returned the very next day and began the difficult job of switching out our units. He ran into some complications, but that didn’t stop him. Despite working a full-time day job, Mr. Austin came after work in the evenings and stayed until dark, determined to make sure we were taken care of. On July 5th, the unit was finally up and running and our family could not be more thankful.
Mr. Austin is a rare kind of person selfless, hardworking, and truly led by compassion. If you ever need something done, this is the man who will go above and beyond to help however he can. We wholeheartedly recommend him 100%.
