Jackie did a beautiful job giving my cat, Moochie, a lion cut to rid her of terrible matting. She worked me in as soon as I described the problem, to get my cat much needed relief. It was my first experience with Jackie, and she handled my usually difficult cat with zero problems, even texting me photos while she worked, and complimenting me on how sweetly she behaved! Mooch usually has to be sedated by a vet when her coat gets like this, but Jackie had no trouble, at all. I am happy to say we finally found Mooch a confident, caring, gentle, professional groomer!
