If you're looking to work there, and actually work - then go apply for the extrusion dept. It can be hard work (moving 60,000 lbs by hand in a 12 hr shift), and it's HOT in the summer. Show up & work hard for your team leader, and they will appreciate it! Some great people back in the extrusion dept. Great pay & great benefits. Count on 3-4 months to get hired on direct. Safety is your problem, as they place all the responsibility for it on you. Get a back brace, as they refuse to supply them. Steel toed & metatarsal guards are required. They supply if you need the metatarsal guards (lace up boots). Stay safe!!!!
Called before I'm going there for my delivery, the security guard, navigate me how and where to backup , they unload me in less then 30 minutes on full trailer load. Call before you go there drivers and you'll be satisfied as me.
