On one of the hottest days of the year, our AC went down. Of course, Fuller was slammed as there had been some sort of a power issue and it seemed like everybody had some sort of an issue that day. Even so, Tell worked late and made out to us and got us fixed up in no time. He even managed to make friends with our chihuahuas, no mean feat for mere mortals. He was the consummate professional, and he managed to earn the company a lifelong customer.

Our air went out this afternoon, we called and Tell was out to the house and had it fixed within an hour of calling! This isn't the first time, they are a great company with great employees.
