B&W were able to get our semi truck's transmission replaced quickly and get us back to work. Their prices were comparable to most other shops. They also shuttled us to and from our motel 18 miles away. The shop doesn't have a plush waiting lounge, it is super old school and basic but the mechanics were helpful and communicated well. There is a little place next doot where you can get a pretty good breakfast or a hamburger.

Trailer tire blew up on me. Called up B&W they got me in the Shop as soon as I arrived. Was in and out in under 20 minutes. Thanks to Danny & David I am able to make my delivery in Ft Smith Arkansas today.
