Tim and Brenda have been great! We had a service appt last year and discussed the need to replace a 25 year old heat pump, with Tim's vast knowledge of HVAC we decided on a high efficiency Trane unit. The installation went great and the unit works great.Thanks!

We have two reverse cycle units. One needed repair last summer and that was accomplished promptly. Today's trip was for maintenance on both units before real winter arrives. Tim is most knowledgeable is always prompt for appointments. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Very prompt very professional service that includes one year warranty on all parts and services. Blower motors by nature are very expensive parts to replace. Labor cost was low and Tim was very professional. Don't mess around with Joe Bob get mountain air Inc to do your work if you are in need in Johnson County. Receptionist was very prompt in returning my calls. Again don't mess around with anyone else in the North East TN region. Thanks guys!Services: HVAC system repair
