Haven't gotten my doors yet but so far experience has been great. Jess Smith the salesman understood what I wanted right away with no attempt to upsell. He was very nice and efficient as was the person who came to officially measure what we have. I expect all to be very good and will update this review if all goes south with installation. I ordered a storm door and inside door.
The technicians were so professional and polite during the installation of our windows and guttering. They were all so very respectful and had such wonderful attitudes about the work they were performing. The guttering and window installation teams sent to our home completed with such craftsmanship and were all so very skilled at their trade. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish! I would give Window World’s on site customer service and workmanship a two thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for satisfaction during and after the work. We’ll be recommending Window World’s to all our friends and families for all their window and guttering needs.
The fellows that came out this morning to install my window(and worked in the bitter cold), did and excellent job. Mr. Ramos and his partner went above and beyond. I know they were freezing but they never slowed down. My window looks beautiful. I'm so very happy with it. I highly recommend Window World. The are very professional and friendly. If I had a complaint I'm sure it would be addressed immediately. I had all my windows replaced by Window World in 2007 (all but this one they did today) and they are still beautiful, as if they were just installed. Don't put it off, let Window World replace your windows.
