I have never encountered such a disgusting place before. I pulled in at 9:30 AM and left at 1:45 PM, spending the entire time waiting to unload; they took a two-hour lunch break. The only plus is the overnight parking.

Came out & looked at window. Stated he would call to check on parts & I haven't heard from them since. I have reached out several times with no response.Service: Window frame repair & replacement
