These people are wonderful! The front desk lady, Sherry, and the nurses (Michelle and Mary) are all so competent and professional. My mother and I couldn’t find anyone in the tri-cities to perform a therapeutic phlebotomy on her, even when I let people know she was in liver failure and needed it done ASAP.
I called 8 different clinics and nobody would touch her because she had a port and terrible veins that were hard to poke. As soon as I called Nicewonder they said they would help her without any hesitation. I cannot thank these ladies enough for helping my mother when we were in a desperate situation. I’m currently attending radiation treatments at Nicewonder Cancer Center, Bristol Regional Medical Center, Bristol Va.
The kindness and professionalism that has been shown to me has been overwhelming. For anyone experiencing cancer it’s an emotional and trying time and their staff is very good at easing the worry and stress. Every single person I have encountered in the cancer center have been so good to me.
This also extends back to a year ago while there 3 days for surgery. Like the cancer center the nurses were extra nice and concerned for my well being. Thank you so much for what you do and for caring about me. God bless you all.
