Very compassionate with pets. Dr. Allen helped with my dog, Arthur who needed health care but was very fearful. He and staff were very professional as well as kind. We greatly appreciate the time and patience from all the vets and staff with all our pets.
Jones Cat Clinic was the only vet in the area that was willing and able to take a look at my cat when he was suffering a severe ear infection that left him with neurological damage. They hospitalized him, nurtured him back to health, and saved his life. He went from not being able to stand or eat to happy and ready to great us when we picked him up. They also were very accommodating with my limited communication methods during Hurricane Helene that left me with no power, cell, or internet for days. The Doctors and staff here are wonderful! They care for the animals and they show respect for the family members. They are always mindful in their time with treatment and thorough in explaining cases and medications.
