“Excellent service !! We called around to some local roofing companies after seeing a small yellow water stain patch in our bathroom ceiling. Assuming it was a roof leak ( and the roof is 20 yrs old), we got several estimates and Avi McCallister of Roofing by McCallister beat the competitors by $3000-$4000 dollars. After assessing, it was determined only a boot cap above the bathroom needed to be replaced at a minimal cost. He then was honest in letting us know our shingles still had some life and to save us more money, suggested we hold off until we see the early signs of needing a roof replacement. Given the instructions as to what to look for regarding roof replacement and the different options regarding metal roofing and shingles, Avi returned the following day, had the boot cap replaced and additionally calked some questionable areas for sealant protection.
