Very pleased with the friendliness of all those involved in the water mitigation of my basement. We had water entry from a water pipe bursting on the public road in front of my house. Brian was very responsive to my many calls and walked me through the process very well. The crew was very empathetic and I am appreciative of their service.
At bed time, the main sewer line got clogged and sewage backed up into my house. These guys were out the next day mitigating the damage. They did such a good job that I went with them to repair my house. The repairs were done exactly as we discussed regarding quality, time line, and all my questions/concerns were addressed.
I don't want another disaster to befall my home. If it does then I'm confident in my choice to work with Belfor, again.
