Ballad Health Medical Associates Urgent Care

NP Madison Starnes was the greatest provider I have ever had! She took the time to listen to my concerns, empathized with me through being frightened by new symptoms, validated my feelings of needing to be seen by reiterating I did the right thing, and came up with the perfect treatment plan for me. I am grateful to have been under her care!

Well I had to go to my doctor today because I needed a antibiotics because I have upper respiratory infection, I told the person seen me at urgent care but she would not give me one, so I been sick now for 3 weeks, just would be nice if I could have gotten the medicine I needed that day, they were nice during the visit but need to understand when a patient is sick and has other issues like my immune system , I have RA and I need antibiotics to get better,

Regardless the negative reviews about this West State BH urgent care, I have been going this urgent care for years and I think they are great and truly care a lot. I appreciate this place for showing up when other people need them. Thank you Ballad Health!
