Charles at American came out as scheduled, diagnosed and performed repair. Thank you. Two other repair companies were called, but they did not deliver. They no showed! American was the only one to work with my schedule and provide a service to me. Thank you for helping a U.S. veteran!

This company was used via an extended warranty purchased at Lowes for our 2nd refridgerator. Charles came out to assess our ice maker and was very polite and helpful. He came back less than a week later, once the part came in to install it. Before leaving Charles showed me some trouble shooting things to try if an issue arrives again the future was very nice. The company offered prompt service sending a tech out as well. I can not speak on cost as the warranty covered all charges.

My washer messed up and I set up an appt with American Appliance through my Lowes extended warranty. They were able to come out within 2 days and had to order a part, which they promptly came out and fixed once it was received. Overall great experience, and Charles was super nice and got the job done quickly.
