She is patient, kind, and understanding, especially when patients have special requests like avoiding dilation. The staff is helpful and caring, making the experience comfortable. Patients appreciate her thoroughness, reasonable prices, and the confidence they feel in her care. Many recommend her highly and plan to return for future eye care needs.
Very thorough, patient, and understanding. Didn’t give me a hard time when I requested not having my eyes dilated as I was going to have to drive myself out of there and possibly even have to go back to work. She explained that I make an appointment for that at a later time but still was able to thoroughly check my vision and provide a prescription. It will still be a few days before I receive my glasses but I am looking forward to getting them and am confident they will be well worth what I paid for them. You won’t find a better Optometrist. Dr. Nowicki is so thorough. She spends more time in the chair to get the most accurate RX she can for all her patients. On top of that she is extremely kind.
