Drain Go Plumbing was dispatched to me through First American Home Warranty and Michael and Britt did an excellent job. They arrived hours earlier than my scheduled appointment window due to a cancelation and it was perfect timing. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They allowed me to explain the hell I had gone through the night before with 2 stopped up toilets upstairs that caused water to leak from my light fixtures downstairs in my kitchen and dining room. I’d like to share that w had a great experience with Drain Go of Tipton County and First American Home Warranty. Warranty work requires patience and once you understand the process that has to be followed just communicate professionally and politely and your problems get handled with a smile. I’d recommend both First American Home Warranty and Drain Go

Hunter did a fantastic job clearing our Kitchen drain after I had tried everything to do so myself. The price was fair and didn’t break the bank, should have called them first. He was prompt, professional, and was great at explaining everything he did.
