We had such a wonderful experience at our daughter’s first dental visit with Dr. P
She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring with my 2 year old. She took her time to make her feel comfortable and explained everything to both of us in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how informative she was and how gently she handled everything. It made such a difference for a first visit. Would highly recommend it to any parents looking for a caring and professional dentist for their little ones!

Love Dr. Tiffany and her staff. They run on time and take great care of their patients. My daughter looks forward to her appointments.

We had a great experience at Twice Pediatric Dentistry! It was our daughter’s first visit to the dentist. The whole team was incredibly patient and kind with our daughter and made it positive and fun! Thankful we found a dental home that’s in-network with our insurance!!

An update from our second visit - once again a 5 star experience! Our hygienist was amazing today! My daughter felt overwhelmed by the noise in the common area today, and the hygienist quickly offered a quiet, private room for our cleaning. She was so patient and gently allowed my daughter to explore her tools before beginning cleaning. We were also due for our first x-rays, but when my daughter became upset there was no pressure to proceed! Our hygienist just walked us over to the x-Ray room, helped us feel the “big blanket” and look at the camera, and assured her we could try again next time. We are so thankful for the patient, supportive, and kind care!!

It's a money thing, They could care less about the health of the kids teeth. Over busy always rushing.

My son has been going here since he was one and was pretty apprehensive about the dentist until this past year (he’s 5 now). They girls have always been so, so sweet and patient with him and we got to see the fruit of that today — we came in and he hopped right up in the chair, let her brush his teeth with the electric toothbrush, floss, etc and then get X-rays all without a single complaint! He was happy as a clam the whole time! We love you Twice Peds team, yall are the best!

We always have a wonderful experience with Dr. Rangel and her team!! Highly recommend her practice! I saw they have been a new one in Century Farms/ Antioch area too.

Cannot say enough good things about this practice. My daughter has been going for a few years now and my son had his first appointment today and he was not the most chill patient haha but the staff were amazing with him!! We drive all the way from Spring Hill to come here and wouldn’t change a thing.

We liked the experience. We needed an urgent appointment and they squeezed us in on the same day. This helped to fix my daughter issue quickly. I thank you very much.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office.
I was clearly told that the exam for my son would cost $93, and no one informed me that an X-ray would be taken or that there would be any additional charge. After the appointment, they suddenly charged me $250 — and I had no idea that any extra service had been done or that it would cost more.

I had no information about the X-ray at any point. No one explained that it would be performed or that it had a separate fee. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.

When I went back to speak with the manager, she was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she blamed me and said, “Did you ask?”
This is extremely unprofessional — it is the clinic’s responsibility to inform patients before doing any additional procedure or charging extra fees.

I left feeling disrespected and financially taken advantage of. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who expects honesty, transparency, and proper communication.
