We built our house with Turnberry in 2024. We’ve built a few custom homes over the last several years and they were amazing and some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. The process was smooth, well communicated, well executed. They didn’t push back when we had reasonable requests or issues. They always did their best to meet our needs. We appreciated the whole process from beginning to end. We had a lot of potential issues that could have turned into a big deal but we always were able to work it out together. I’d highly recommend them for anyone looking for a semi custom / custom home. Not to mention they got it built in 6-7 months!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience buying and building our new Turnberry house. Every member of the staff we worked with throughout the project was professional, courteous and very friendly. All our questions were answered promptly and any issue we identified was immediately addressed. Our completed house is wonderful and we are really looking forward to our move-in and making it our new home.

Every construction team/individual that we worked with was timely, had excellence top of mind and wanted to ensure we were satisfied. And lastly, the closing was smooth sailing.
