I can’t imagine a better teacher training experience for anyone looking for a thorough education at a remarkably affordable price. I’ve already started teaching and the wealth of knowledge I’m able to share with my students makes me feel incredible. It’s helped my own physical fitness as well as helped others. A win/win all around!
Erin and all of the staff at Spiral Spine are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and passionate. Attending the Scoliosis Retreat was probably the best thing I’ve ever done for my body and my mind. I learned so much over those 2 days! I have now started private virtual lessons with Alicia and I know I am in good hands and I am so looking forward for what is to come! Cannot say enough about this beautiful place!
SPIRAL SPINE PILATES STUDIO IS TOP NOTCH! I took CoreAlign 1 and 2 in a 4 day time span! Sarah is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She is attentive, knowledgeable, sweet, and kind. She was able to read the room well as we practiced and taught one another. She was always there to demonstrate and help us to understand what we were learning. It was a lot of information in a short period of time. Sarah made it fun and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and learn more. I highly recommend this studio and Sarah as a Beautiful soul to learn from!
