Dr. McNeely and her staff are friendly and efficient. Pleasant experience from the first phone call, to walking out the door. Dr. McNeely is detailed and really cares about her patients. I left a message for an appointment and was called back at a timely manner. I understand this is a small office and sometimes one person is running the front desk and pretesting. This takes a lot of talent and multitasking!In reference to another review, I understand in the state of Tennessee, by law, Optometrists are to write a contact lens prescription to expire after a year and glasses can be 1-2 years. Dr. McNeely went above and beyond today. She took time explaining and answering my wife's questions, and when Dr. McNeely had a concern, she recommended a specialist and was able to get us in the same day. Highly recommend Dr. McNeely!!
I had a fantastic experience with Dr.McNeely. She squeezed me in for an eye emergency and was very through and detailed. My eye problem resolved quickly do to her excellent care. She was so patient and kind as I had my toddler with me as well. I HIGHLY recommend her!
