Brian Schaefer was amazing to work with! He very personable and patient with me as a new home buyer. He was thorough and took the time to speak with me about what he found after the inspection and allowed me to ask any question I wanted.

It doesn't appear that Brian/SCHI has a single review less than 5 stars, and after hiring Brian to inspect a home I was looking to purchase, I can see why. My agent told me to use Brian because he was the best inspector in Tennessee, and I think she's right. The highlights:(1) Brian came out on short notice around the Christmas holiday.(2) I joined Brian at the property after he finished his inspection, and he gave a very helpful verbal report and walkthrough to show his findings.(3) Brian's inspection was incredibly thorough and provided a ton of helpful insight into the property. Brian did a great job and was professional as well as kind and patient. He was definitely NOT a condescending expert who made me feel like an idiot with my first-time home owner questions, which I was afraid was going to be the case due to my lack of knowledge and experience with the selling process. Brian answered all of my questions in layman's terms. I also felt safe around him.
