I have a car that could not be services until it was disinfected and sanitized. SERVPRO was the only company that i contacted that I believed was capable of doing the job and doing it to my satisfaction. All individuals; manager, clean-up crew and administrative were courteous, polite and professional in their respective roles. Although there were several small areas the clean-up missed (I may have missed them myself), I don't believe another company would have done as good a job and do it as timely and as reasonably thorough as SERVPRO did. ServPro did a fantastic job of cleaning our home after a small fire! Mary Jo, Kenny, Madison, Taylor, and many more great people arrived on time, cleaned and cleaned, and were unfailingly cheerful, kind, and informative. They wiped down surfaces, scrubbed walls, cleaned carpets and ductwork and set up ozone machines to remove smoke from the entire upstairs. Then Peter guided me through figuring out the insurance!
