These guys just wrapped up a crawlspace project for me, fixing a botched job from another crawlspace company. They really lived up to the hype. They went above and beyond in multiple ways and did some creative problem solving along the way to ensure every issue was fixed. 10/10 experience.
Ken and Jacques was amazing!!! Very professional and did a fantastic job. They told us everything they were doing and went above and beyond! I posted this company in our HOA FB page and hopefully people understand the importance of having this service done in their homes! They were great! Highly recommend!
I used The Clean Air Co for the encapsulation of my crawlspace 2 years ago. They do good work and follow through with what they say they will do.
The reason for this followup review is because I noticed that my dehumidifier unit (display in the garage) had an E4 error on the screen. I contacted TCAC this morning and they already sent someone out who troubleshot and fixed the unit. Turns out the smaller drain line can clog. He replaced the line and added chlorine and copper in the reservoir to help keep it from getting gunk again.
Great company and people.
