I highly recommend Clean Air Co. for crawlspace encapsulation projects. They did an excellent job encapsulating my crawlspace and were professional throughout the entire process. We experienced some challenges getting the dehumidifier connected to Wi-Fi, but their team remained committed to resolving the issue and made several return trips until everything was working properly.

Clean Air Company performed a fiber optic inspection down every heat/cooling vent in our house. Most of the ducts exhibited some buildup of mold in the ducts. Based on that inspection, Nathan of Clean Air Company developed a comprehensive plan to remediate the mold issues. Due to the age of the cpvc water piping in the house which had developed multiple leaks over the life of the home. It was decided to repipe the house as the first step in the remediation process.
