From the start of the process to the end I could not of had a better experience; Lawrence went out of his way to make sure we were able to put the water softener in the best possible location even though it required moving some existing lines; best yet it was his suggestion to do it the way he did
Landon, thank you for doing such a great job installing my new system. You not only did a great job installing the system, but you were friendly and polite. You also did a great job cleaning up. Truly so thankful for Rapid Response for their extraordinary service and skills as we renovate an old house! Tyler in particular has gone above and beyond, and anytime in the future a plumbing need arises, we will always ask for him! Particularly during Winter Storm Fern, we had a true crisis involving a burst pipe, and Tyler arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting us everything we needed. Thank you all again for being so helpful and responsive.
