This has been by far the best suites in the area. I’ve had my business in 2 different salon suite rentals in franklin that have been managed poorly. I can tell you from experience this place is on top notch. My previous place had no one checking in on the building, leaving it un kept and dirty. Along with no toilet paper or soap for WEEKS. And having to pay for your own laundry/ provide towels with inconsistent service of the washer and dryer. And did i meant ion ac issues. I saw a previous review and that couldn’t be far from the truth. This place is the best in the area! The water works just fine ! You will get inconsistents with water in such a big building, so that’s to be expected. Common sense… And the bathrooms are clean and supplied with hand towels and soap. And if there isn’t they are on top to refill/ clean. And the ac and heating work great !! I also love that there is management always present. It gives me peace and mind if something goes wrong i can let someone know immediately. I also love the towel service they provide. So if you’re busy and don’t have time for that it’s a blessing ! Big game changer! If you’ve been unhappy at other salon suites in the area, i highly recommend Lux Salon. They are absolutely amazing and truly care for there renters. You will not regret it and if anything you ask your self what didn’t you come here sooner ? Lol i know i do ! 5 Stars all around !

Best place I have ever worked! The facility is absolutely beautiful. Towel service for everyone. Plus, easy access to/from interstate; away from the mall traffic. Running your own business is best when you can run it smoothly, and I feel I have all of this, plus more at Lux Salon Suites, Brentwood/CoolSprings location.

The ambiance and location is simply unmatched! It adds an extra elevate to the experience. Parking is great and the accommodations check off all the boxes as a stylist and guest. Whenever there is a concern or issue in regards to building maintenance it is immediately addressed. I have been very pleased with Lux Salon Suites and highly recommend!

I enjoy my space here so much. I’ve made some wonderful friends and really value the amenities. The towel service, cleanliness, and location is great. Our manager works hard to accommodate the tenants & keep things running smoothly. If you have clients that live in Franklin/Brentwood it is a BREEZE to get to your salon. I even have clients that drive about 45 mins to see me & since it’s right off the interstate it’s so helpful. Another huge plus is the parking lot, it’s rarely overly busy and has tons of space.

Love love love the location, the parking is amazing & being right off the exit is wonderful. Especially with Franklin/brentwood already being busy it makes it a breeze to get in and out of! The facility is beautiful and they always have such a wonderful ambiance. Find you a provider in here because they’re all wonderful!

As a hairdresser who values professionalism and client satisfaction, I cannot recommend Lux Salon Suites at Brentwood. While the location is excellent and parking is convenient, these positives are overshadowed by numerous issues that make it impossible to provide quality service.
The most frustrating problem is the inconsistent water temperature for washing clients' hair. Despite multiple complaints and visits from plumbers, the issue persists. I suspect the building's plumbing wasn't designed for a salon suite business, resulting in an unprofessional experience for clients.
The restrooms are consistently in poor condition. Often lacking toilet paper and hand-drying towels, with overflowing trash cans, they create an unsanitary environment that reflects poorly on all tenants' businesses.
Manager's attitude is perhaps the most disappointing aspect. The manager treats tenants rudely, forgetting we are their customers. We've been told not to "gossip in the hallways" and are forbidden from allowing clients to sit in the hallways during color processing – a standard practice in our industry. To add insult to injury, we're expected to take care of the restrooms ourselves (tenants) if necessary.
While the facility may appear "nice" at first glance, the operational issues and poor management make it impossible to maintain the standards our clients deserve. I'm relieved to have moved to another salon suite in the area, where I can focus on my work without constant frustrations.
For any hairdresser committed to offering quality service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. The limitations and unprofessionalism of this facility are simply not worth the hassle. There are a lot of better options available in the area that will allow you to grow your business and serve your clients properly.

I love my stylist here. However I don't know what has happened recently but the common areas and especially the bathrooms are not being cleaned properly. the floors have hair all over and they definitely have not been mopped recently. Very disappointing with such a luxury space.
