He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. “Spring of 2023, Bone Dry came out and inspected the roof, instead of replacement, they found only small repair was needed. “Our sales rep Jacob was wonderful to work with. After State Farm denied our claim, Jacob took tons of pictures showing hail damage everywhere to fight State Farm. A new storm disaster team field adjustor came out, approved complete replacement on our house & 1800 sq ft shop! A few days later, the shingle delivery arrived, and next morning the roofing crew was on-site at 7am, covering all our plants with tarps. One side had my heirloom rose garden - they handed down the old shingle strips a piece at a time and threw them directly into their trailer. Not one Petal or branch was lost!! The house was finished same day, shop by noon 2nd day. Cleanup was meticulous - hardly any nails found afterwards. If you have been denied a claim with your insurance company, these guys know how to fight back & get positive results! They did 6-8 homes on 2 streets in our subdivision! Jacob is the best!!!“
“Olivia, Josue and the entire team were excellent. Initial contact and communication was timely and thorough throughout the project. The team worked diligently from the start of the project to completion including during low temperatures and rainy weather. The team was on budget and on time and this was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had. A couple of additional notable examples of their work ethic and integrity is that when Josue found damage to a window that may have been inadvertently caused by a team member he pointed it out replaced the damaged and companion window to match at no additional cost. Another example is when the team constructed a new overhang and upon evaluation of the aesthetics by Josue, he had the team tear out and replace in a better design again at no additional cost or time. We really value our home’s new look and curb appeal and also the relationships we built with this great company. We will be working with them again on other home improvements in the future.“

“Music City Exteriors met and exceeded our expectations in every area! We had been working with another (National) roofing company that kept putting off the work until our insurance claim was nearly voided because of time limits. This other huge company eventually explained that they were unable to meet our needs because our roof was too complicated (asphalt and metal sections). We then had less than a month to get the roof replaced or we would lose our insurance payment. The salesman for this other company contacted Music City Exteriors and then gave me their contact information.So I called Music City Exteriors immediately. From the first phone call (with Chad) until the work was completed, I experienced absolute satisfaction from the workers, the supervisors and the staff! They worked with my insurance company, were transparent about costs and the specific materials, and about the crews that would be installing the asphalt, the standing seam metal sections, and the gutter replacement. All of the crews were efficient, polite, and kept the areas neat and clean. The supervisor was on site every day and throughout the work day except when he had to pick up materials to keep the work going. The work was completed and submitted to our insurance company in time! And the work cost significantly less ($10,500 less!) than the first company's estimates. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the price. I think it is telling that the larger roofing company called Music City Exteriors for help. It shows that this local company, with its local crews, could get the job done in a timely manner. I was not asked to submit a review (or even to place a yard sign) but I feel compelled to let interested people know that this is a quality operation run by quality people. “I was very pleased with Mr Roof. I had a hole in my soffit on the third story of my house - ended up finding out that my roof was completely messed up from the original builder. Brandon came out within a day of me requesting an appointment to inspect and go over options. I think it took less than 2 weeks from the time I reached out to Mr Roof to when I had my whole roof replaced (it could have been sooner but the weather wasn't great). Highly recommend!“
