This is the best hot yoga studio in Nashville. Not only is the space beautiful but the teachers are amazing. I went with my friend who is new to hot yoga and she did amazing because the instructor was fabulous and gave attention to her.Love this studio
Love the pacing and challenge, the positive affirmations, the lack of judgement, the various teachers, and the space, including the room and changing area/showers. Very excellent experience overall. Definitely do OG season while you can!
We have phenomenal studio in San Diego, Ca...Great Vibes and amazing instructors. I just came out to Nashville and took a power yoga class and love to tell you it was amazing. I look forward to more classes!
