I dropped off a white dress shirt and had to wait 3 days to pick it up. The owner didn't have any change for a $20, and they do not accept cards of any kind so I had to walk over to another business and get exact change. As I was leaving the owner had planted herself in a seat and kicked her bare feet up onto the counter without shoes. Upon getting home I noticed that the shirt was dirtier than when I had dropped it off at the cleaners; there were black stains on the back of the shirt.
Excellent cleaners. Prices seem a little high, but I guess that's the price of excellence. At any rate, they're really, really, really good. So... Grit your teeth and pay up because you'll deal with an inferior service, otherwise.
