Talked to the owner as I walked in and told him I needed to get my nails soaked off and a new set. He completely ignored me. So I started taking off my own nails and sat and waiting. Then, one hand down and 20 minutes later a lady just looked at me like she had no idea why I was sitting there and said there were seven people in front of me (guess they were sitting down in chairs already cause I didn’t see them).

I came here a couple of times and was disappointed every time. My acrylic nails kept breaking and they are SO RUDE and short and treat you like you’re a bother.

Was very pleased with my mani/ pedi the first time I came in. The next and LAST time I came in for another mani/ pedi, my pedicure was fine but I had a nail tech that was very inexperienced and he sucked. I left there after 3 hours of him trying to figure out the order of the dipping powder and him trying to get my nails right. He drilled on my nails way too much, I left there with 4 bloody cuticles, almost every one of my nails crooked, my nails were sore and looked like crap. Ive never had such a bad manicure until I came here. You know they did a bad job when you have to go home and redo the paint, shaping and thickness of your own nails that you just paid $75 for....

This is the second time I have ever gone to a nail salon and Lena made me feel so comfortable (the first being when I got my nails done). I came here to get my fake nails taken off and she was really gentle with the buffing tool to not scratch my natural nails. She's really sweet and I'm so thankful she helped me. I came when they opened and was seated right away. I think you can also call to make an appointment if coming at a popular time. I also saw a few reviews below with concerns about pricing but please don't let that hold you back! The owner is really sweet and don't seem like the type of flip flop on prices. Keep in mind that this isn't an exhaustive list of prices - if you get more services, then your appointment will cost more. Please be reasonable and just ask in advance :) I would definitely come back to get a mani/pedi. Thank you again for a great experience!

Great quality of service. Although the pedis are on the expensive side, they are well worth the price. I've gotten a pedi here twice and they tend to last a long time (more than a month) without chipping.

I'm a recovering nail biter so I don't have a lot of nails to work with and they have taken a lot of abuse over the years. Amy was meticulous at cleaning up my cuticles. I've only had a few other manicures done and no one has ever taken that much time to get them perfect. She did a really great job and I'm very happy. I will be back!!! :)

At the very last minute about 54 minutes to close on a Sunday I was given an appointment to come in. Love it here ....it was quiet and relaxing. Love my mani and pedi....the ladies were gently and got the job done. I will definitely be coming back.
