Excellent experience. Had air conditioner kick out at a rental unit. Climate Pro scheduled a visit with a 2 hour expected time slot, and Hayden messaged to let me know he could show up early. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the capacitor (as I suspected) and replaced with a new one that I had prepared. In addition he did a full check on the system, the refrigerant, temp differential, etc. He was very capable and trustworthy. I have used Climate Pro on my home unit a few years ago, and I remembered having the same feeling back then. Total repair and checkup took < 1hour and under $100. Definite recommend for both Hayden and Climate Pro.
