Everyone was right. Mediocre service, very rushed as well. Yes, I was a walk in but if you’re going to rush don’t “welcome walk ins” lol simple.

I got my nails done here (dip) on a Thursday (I was going to the beach the following Wednesday). By the Sunday before my trip (3 days later), I noticed they had started cracking. However they hadn’t chipped yet so I was hopeful that they would still look good by my beach trip. By the Wednesday I left, two were slightly chipped, at the point of my nail. By a week and 3 days, 4 were horribly chipped and all of them were cracked. I went to get them taken off, was incredibly kind about it even though they were very apologetic and wanted me to get another set, I just decided to take a nail break. Even though they were aware of how my nails didn’t even last me 2 weeks, they charged me $15 to take the dip off. Horrible customer service, i wont be returning.

Rose is the absolute best! She’s incredibly friendly, detail-oriented, and always makes me feel welcome. It took me a while to find a nail salon I really loved in Nashville, but ever since I started coming here, I haven’t looked back. I always leave with beautiful nails and a great experience. Highly recommend—this is officially my go-to spot!

Rushed and Horrible Tech grinded my nails so thin my right pinky nail almost started bleeding. She stopped before she grinded through because I pulled my hand away from her. Otherwise she wouldn’t stop, even when I told her I was in pain. Now my nails are thin and brittle. I’m trying to grow them out.

We came here with two adults and 7 year old for birthday pedicures. LEE, TONY, and MISA gave incredible service. Our young one sat in one of the kids pedicure chairs! So cute and child sized! We received great lower leg and foot massages and expert care. The nail tech was rough and rushed with my dip manicure. None of the instruments were sanitized. *The brush she used to dust my nails with, she then used to dust the table, her face, and shirt. - After she ran my card and I signed, she stopped me saying she didn’t charge me enough and that she needed more money. — It was an unsanitary, unprofessional, experience. I will not be back.
