I called Mize on Sunday July 4th while I was out of the country due to a unit becoming inop while I was away. He answered the phone and was extremely helpful and said he would be out the same day. I had to give him another persons number due to me not having cell phone service and he coordinated with them and showed up.
The thermostat had become stuck and made the unit freeze over, he spent several hours at the home making sure everything was good to go before he left. Great work, great service and very friendly! Will definitely be hiring again

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor / company performing work at my house. Truly good people. The heat pump installation went smoothly and Troy explained everything in detail. They take pride in their work. Reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would. Highly recommend!
