James at Tri-Cities Lock and Safe was AMAZING! We had him go to a house that we were selling to change out the lock. When he got there the door had been completely damaged along with the frame so there was no way to change the lock. James offered to go and get the materials to install a padlock on the door for us. Will definitely use them for all future needs.

I called 24 places and they were the only ones that could help me. The owner was great, and James was amazing. Kept me from a divorce for loosing the hubby's motorcycle keys lol. This is the only place I would recommend.

I work for a pest control company and needed an extra key made for my work vehicle. I walked in and it felt like they had my keys ready. A few questions were asked and that was it. Would highly recommend this company. I don’t like to call out other companies but I went to 2 and wasted an hour of my time. Just go to these Guys and save time.
