Cody arrived as scheduled and quickly inspected our hom. He was professional and polite.
Had a paper wasp problem and the guy on the phone was very informative on what we should do until they were able to make it to the house. They said they would be here from 10-12 and we honestly figured that time frame wouldn’t be accurate since every other service we’ve had (internet, ac repair, etc.) that needs to come to the house is always late, but they were here right away, did what they needed to do, and were gone all within an hour! We’ve seen maybe one wasp since they’ve come and sprayed, and it was already almost dead. Very, very happy! :)
Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He left no stone unturned. He done considerably more than the fly by nights that had been here. If he is able to rid me of those pesky bugs ORKIN will be my go to from now on. THANKSService: Flea & mite extermination
