Home built 5 years ago. Fixing things constantly that were improperly done initially . Downspouts not correctly fastened, floors squeaked within a month, concrete front stoop water flows toward house, not after settling, this was immediate. Kitchen countertop not square with walls by over an inch, gap was filled with silicone. I could go on.
