I hired Billie for our wedding and I couldn’t be more thrilled with our flowers. She is knowledgeable and was able to guide me in the direction I wanted and the flowers lasted forever!! 5 days later and the flowers still were not wilting. Even in the heat! Would recommend her to anyone!

Billie Hieatt did an AMAZING job on my flowers. I would HIGHLY recommend Red White & Bloom flowers! I had an idea of what I wanted and the result was that the actuality far exceeded the original expectation. They were beautiful and pulled everything together perfectly!!
