The reviews are a little harsh, and I even can understand some of them. But my doctor was kind, funny, and helpful! Recommend giving them a chance to help you out.
I have been a patient here for 6 years now and will never change. I juggle allergies and chronic sinusitis and Dr. Klug and his team at Mid-South ENT have done SO much to help me. I have had two sinus surgeries, one in 2018 elsewhere, and my second by Dr. Klug. I now see Dr. Klug is the A-Team, as the first surgery came with little to no post-surgery plan, likely creating need for the second surgery. Dr. Klug has me on a daily treatment plan to prevent further surgery and I visit the office periodically to confirm things look good in there. I read some of the negative posts and was somewhat reluctant to make an appointment. I did some of my own fact checking and decided to go against the grain and i cautiously made an appointment. What a pleasant surprise! This office and entire staff are courteous and professional. My caregiver, a PA, was very patient and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and proposed treatment. It has been said that most reviews are provided by unhappy people. Satisfied patients/customers seldom write reviews. In my opinion, that has happened here. This clinic is top notch.
