Originally got a complete end of life package from Dottie for myself. Didn’t want my wife to have to deal with the decisions when I passed.
Just got another package for my wife (which she didn’t want) so that our daughters don’t have to deal with the decisions after my wife passes.
Dottie was awesome both times, and now everybody has post life issues taken off their plates.

Everything about the funeral was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I have a few complaints. One is that when they picked up my mother, they asked if we wanted to see her one last time. They did not warn us that she was zipped up in a body bag! That was absolutely traumatic! I can't get that image out of my head. Another complaint is that they took the cards off of the flowers, and wrote very little on the cards for us to know who gave what. The sign in book didn't have a place for addresses, yet there are instructions for sending thank you cards. This puts extra work on the family who is mourning. My last complaint is the trees seem to be a scam! Nobody knows who plants them or where they are planted! Family and friends are asking me where they can see the trees that they paid for, and I can't get an answer from the funeral home! That's frustrating!

They made the worst of possible times a little bit easier. They treated my family with care, never trying to sell us on anything more than we could afford. They helped us give my father a beautiful celebration of life, and I'm so grateful.
