We own a small family owned concrete business out of New Orleans, La. all of the negative reviews on here are TRUE and we believe they are erasing their negative reviews because trust me there were more. We have been trying to get in contact with everyone that we have encountered prior to our job being completed MONTHS ago. We call and email multiple times a week and no answer to our invoice has been given. If you do get lucky they answer the phone and transfer you to a voicemail. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS!
These reviews at the bottom are true! We were contacted to fix concrete floors for Tesla by this company in New Orleans, La. Our point of contact has been Jaqueline Irvin who is “senior accountant” and another young lady named Kristie who supposedly is not there anymore. Enviro USA (Magic Maids) owes us more than $14,000.00. At first Jaqueline was answering our emails saying she was going to look into it and forward our emails to accounting. Incredible job cleaning our home! The team showed up and got right to work. They got more accomplished than I thought they would in the timeframe. Will definitely be calling them back.
