Hair may be good, but the professionalism is not. Constantly late to appointments, poor communication, and little respect for clients' time. After wasting your time, she's quick to offer your deposit back instead of handling the situation professionally. Good service isn't just about the final result it's also about reliability and customer care. Unfortunately, that was missing from my experience.
