I've used this cleaners for a few years now, I find that they are very responsive to how you state you would like your clothing, as of a few years ago they didn't offer same day service, but other than that I've never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning orders, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I also find the staff to be very honest, I've been handed over at least $50 bucks that I had left in my clothing, which I found neatly folded and in a plastic baggie attached to my clothes. Right at the beginning of the COVID restrictions, I dropped off an order of clothing and since I was working from home I really lacked the motivation to go and pick them back up, low and behold a year later I received a phone call, "you have clothes here, lol, which I promptly picked up, probably should have been donated or sold, but they were nice enough to call me.

I've used this place since it 1st opened years ago. I've spent thousands of dollars there. In the last batch of cleaning that I picked up, I noticed after I took the plastic bag and the tag off that it had been pressed wrong. I took it back to get repressed, and I could only pick it up after I paid for it again. I'll never go back because I feel these people are definitely not trustworthy. I'd certainly recommend that you stay away too, so that they don't scam you too!!!!

I have used this dry cleaners for 3 years. It is not close to my house in midtown, but the quick service, low cost and cleanliness of my clothes keeps me coming back. I have tried 4-5 cleaners in Memphis and do not get the same level of service as I do here. I love doing business here. Glad I found them when moving here.
