Cindy, the director was so empathetic to our situation, which was a crazy one, and helped every step of the way. Months later when all of my family could finally gather to have a memorial service I contacted Cindy again to plan it and once again she went above and beyond. Losing a mother is a hard thing to navigate because the one person you want to help you through that is your mother, and Cindy made it lighter, she felt like family.
